Bill — Head of Humanities, Economics & Business Studies
Bill leads the Humanities department at Onwards Education Support, specialising in Economics, Business Studies, and Individuals & Societies across the IGCSE and IB (MYP/DP) programmes. With extensive experience in international education, Bill is known for making complex economic and business concepts accessible and engaging. He provides personalised academic guidance, supports students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills, and mentors them through coursework, assessments, and exam preparation. As both an educator and curriculum leader, Bill ensures students are equipped not just for academic success, but for understanding the world around them.
Lily LI
Lily — Head of Mathematics & Science
Lily leads the Mathematics and Science programmes at Onwards Education Support, bringing deep subject knowledge and a passion for inquiry-based learning to students across IB (PYP, MYP, DP) and IGCSE levels. With a strong background in both teaching and curriculum design, she provides targeted support in areas such as Mathematics AA/AI, Physics, Chemistry, and General Science, adapting her approach to suit each student’s learning style. Lily is dedicated to helping students build strong conceptual understanding, apply problem-solving skills, and excel in both coursework and exams. Her supportive, structured guidance empowers students to grow in confidence and curiosity in both maths and science.
Vicky ZHU
Vicky — Head of Arts
Vicky leads the Arts programme at Onwards Education Support, inspiring creativity and artistic growth for students across IB (MYP & DP) and IGCSE Art & Design curricula. With expertise in drawing, painting, mixed media, and digital art, she guides students to develop technical skills and express their ideas confidently. Vicky emphasizes both visual and written analysis, helping students explore themes deeply and build strong portfolios for assessment. Her nurturing approach encourages experimentation, critical thinking, and a passion for the arts. She fosters a supportive studio environment where students confidently discover their artistic voice and grow creatively.
Tina WANG
Tina — Head of English, Literature
Tina leads the English and Literature programmes at Onwards Education Support, overseeing curriculum and tutoring for IB (PYP, MYP, DP), IGCSE, and WIDA/SLATE language support. With expertise in academic English, literary analysis, and language acquisition, she helps students strengthen their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills across diverse contexts. Tina is passionate about guiding learners through complex texts, building vocabulary, and developing confident communication. She also specializes in supporting multilingual students to excel in WIDA and SLATE assessments, ensuring they thrive in English-medium international schools.
